MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Mar 16

Worked for 10 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds High

Observing Summary:

All night clear. Wind was increasing from 15 mph at the beginning to 40 mph at the end of the night.
All observations done as designed - except of one object at the beginning of the night (on the West near airmass 2) where I had problems in stabilizing it due to random jump of the telescope (ha=2.32 dec=-10.21). 
Finished right on twilight - with marginal wind. Overall, very good night today. It does not look like it will stay that way till tomorrow, when looking at satellite maps.

For couples of days I am at the telescope the central wavelength was slightly but steadily increasing. Should be ~ 5150 A, but today it was already 5162 A. So I moved the Center Wavelength back using  center  command. Now its measured value is 5148.4 A.
