MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Mar 22

Conditions were Photometric most of the night.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2.03 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.39 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Observed AGN12 targets all night. When we pointed to our second object, Mrk 704, we got telescope nodding. Cycling the tracking and pointing away and coming back didn't fix it. We observed NGC 3227 instead, and came back to Mrk 704 after. The second time around, the nodding was gone. Specifically, the nodding occurred at 0441 UTC, HA=00:00, Dec=+16:15:09. Also, it looks like the hose from the nitrogen tank has a small hole right near the tank.
