Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 3.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 2.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Scattered clouds in the beginning; poor seeing throughout the
night; otherwise useful observing conditions.
