MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Sep 10

Bad weather most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Very bad weather all night.

Observing Summary:

There was a severe thunder/hail storm in the afternoon, at which point I performed an emergency shutdown.
Fairly large pools of water made their way into the control room and into the dome (via the doors to the outside), but did not seem to reach anything critical (or electronic).
It remained rainy, foggy, and windy for the first part of the night.
It remained cloudy for the rest of the night.
No observations were performed.  
Given the likely chance there will be additional (potentially severe) storms in the morning (after I go to sleep), I did not restart any systems.
