MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 Feb 04 Observer(s): Coker, Brown Institution(s): Ohio State Instrument: CCDS Worked for 7.5 hours (off and on through the night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 8:00 until 14:00. Beg: Seeing 1.75 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.66 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 2.28 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Calm Observing Summary: The beginning of the night went very well; there was some cirrus at sunset, but it blew over before twilight ended. At around 8:00 UT, however, it became overcast and precluded observations for about four hours.
