MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 Jan 01

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

At 5:50 pm, there was a mountain-wide power glitch for 1 or 2
seconds.  This seemed to cause no problems, and is unrelated 
to my trouble report, which came much later.  I wish I understood 
that problem better, but it seems to have been fixed.

Observing was very productive tonight.  The telescope has
not even been nodding for a few nights, and the guiding is
acceptable.

Question: since templeton will be moved to the 2.4m on Friday,
is it best for me not to fill it on Friday morning?
