MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 Jan 12 Observer(s): De Rosa/Pei Institution(s): OSU Instrument: CCDS Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: We worked for 12 hours and observed 8 targets. Early evening had heavy patchy clouds, so we started a bit late. Hence, only took 3 exposures of PG1244 for time constraints. We also had some guiding issues due to wind. We observed occasional NS nodding of 1-2 near the end of night while observing HZ44. Early evening had patchy clouds, middle of night seemed clear, and end of night was very clear. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2014 Jan 13 [6:47:01]
