MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 May 14

Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Everything went well. No issues. We even grabbed a spectrum of ASASSN14ax.
