MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 May 23 Observer(s): M. Li; G. DeRosa Institution(s): Columbia; OSU Instrument: CCDS Worked for 7 hours (all night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 9 UT until end. Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable, thin cirrus Mid: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable, thin cirrus End: Seeing 1.9 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: No major technical issues encountered. We noticed small amplitude NS nodding when observing Feige 34. When observing Hz44, we aborted exposures twice due to operation errors. The sky was mostly clear until 9 UT, then patchy clouds, so we couldn't observe 3c382. Note: We lost guiding for a few sources because of clouds (See log for details). ------------------------------ Submitted on 2014 May 24 [3:14:40]
