MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2014 Oct 12

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Winds all night.
   Beg: Clear, Winds High
   Mid: Clear, Winds High
   End: Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Very windy tonight (up to 25 mph), likely resulting in some
unwanted telescope movement. There has also been an increasing
amount of jitter in dec over the last few nights, culminating
tonight in a few sloppy acquisitions. (The wind very well could
have impacted this.) I understand this is a mechanical issue
which will hopefully be repaired soon.

Also, after closing the mirror (which closed fine) at 13:01, the
error message  mirror neither open nor closed  began appearing
one minute later (see log), and as of this report has not
ceased. Everything seems to be fine, though; not sure what's
going on.
