Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Thin layer of cirrus throughout the night, wind < 6mph, seeing ~1.5-2 arcmin.
