MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2015 Dec 10

Worked for 7 hours (first half of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 2A.M. until 6A.M..
   Beg: Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Overcast, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

The weather was good enough to conduct observations till 1:30 A.M. 
Then the sky started to get cloudy. 
We had a power shutdown (details in observing and trouble report 
of 2.4 meter telescope) around 2 A.M. The energy was back again
after a few seconds but the Internet was down.
In 1.3 meter telescope the declination drive was not responding. 
I couldn't find paper version of trouble-shooting manuals so
I followed lightning shutdown procedure and close the mirror, 
the dome and computers. 
The next day Eric showed me how to restart declination drivers, 
it is in the on-line trouble-shooting manuals.
