MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2015 Feb 25 Observer(s): Hodges-Kluck Institution(s): Michigan Instrument: R4K Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: It was a mostly clear night with good weather, although there was a fair amount of patchy cirrus. As with last night, I spent most of the bright time when the moon was up on secondary targets, then switched over to the H-alpha mapping of galaxies in grey/dark time. Around 6:30 pm, the guide camera computer (mdmikon1) had a popup from AVG antivirus saying it needed to restart. I postponed it for 24 hours as I was starting to take twilight flats. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2015 Feb 26 [5:58:36]
