MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2015 Nov 28

Worked for 3 hours (first half of the night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Observing went normally until about 21:00, at which point the 
telescope refused to move in Dec (see trouble report for more). 
We found a trouble report from Oct. 23 and tried power cycling 
the Dec drive in the telescope housing and the TCS box, but the
telescope would not talk in Dec. After bothering Eric just before
10 pm, we gave up for the night.
