MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2016 Feb 03

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Winds all night.
   Beg: Clear, Winds High
   Mid: Clear, Winds High
   End: Clear, Winds High

Observing Summary:

The weather was non-photometric, high winds and bad seeing. 

At the beginning both CCD cameras didn't respond, turning them off
and on again, solved the problem.
Andor camera after reset had problems with cooling down to -70C,
it took more than hour and was possible only when I did it step
by step i.e. first -10, then -15, then -20, until I reached -70.

No other problems were encountered.
