MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2016 Feb 28

Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 2330 until 00:30.
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

The weather was cloudy. During all night, there was cirrus.
Around midnight, the observing run was stop for an hour due to overcast
