MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2017 Oct 14 Observer(s): Fesen and Weil Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: Red 4K Worked for 11 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Clouds all night. Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Overall good night of observing. Light cirrus throughout most of the night. Multiple exposures were lost due to what seemed like the dewar shifting in position during the exposures. The guider was tracking perfectly fine but the images had double stars.
