MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2017 Sep 12

Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.9 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

I opened dome ~7:30 pm due to threatening clouds.
Targets in the West affected by direct wind of 9~12 mph.

After finishing observation,
I could not close the dome.
