MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2018 Feb 17 Observer(s): Jules Halpern Institution(s): Columbia Instrument: Templeton Worked for 8 hours (most of the night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 2.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Observing Summary: Got a late start because of clouds and humidity. Opened around 22:30 MST and observed one target for the duration. The humidity stayed around the limit for most of the night, but the seeing was pretty good. A few times the N-S oscillation appeared, but it may be due to wind. We closed the dropleaf as long as possible, until the target was setting, then opened it. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2018 Feb 18 [7:02:33]
