MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2018 Jul 10

Bad weather most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity all night.

Observing Summary:

Mostly cloudy and high humidity.

Around 23:00 the sky opened and humidity fell to 78%, 
but the TSC malfunctioned, 
(refer to trouble report of may 10, 2017)
that the telescope did not move along dec direction.
The dome was closed at midnight.

Around 01:00, the problem is identified,
but humidity reached 85%, and forecast is not optimistic, 
thus stopped the observation at 01:30
