MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2018 Nov 02 Observer(s): Weil & Podjed Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: Echelle Worked for 8 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Clouds all night. Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Early in the night we had problems pointing to targets in the East. The problem was solved when Eric had us adjust the preload. At the end of the night the dome would not home, using previous observers solutions, in the dome command we set the direction to Left rather than Auto, homed the dome again and the dome went home.
