MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2018 Oct 04

Worked for 7 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity from 8 until 11.
   Beg: Clear, Winds Light & Variable, High Humidity
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Opened at the beginning of the night but closed at ~8pm due to high humidity. Was able
to reopen at ~11pm when the humidity dropped. 

Had minor issues with the slit not closing when the rslit task had stopped working. 
Restarted the rslit command and the dome was able to close. 

When I went to reopen the slit would not open due to the rain command. Was able to
simply override the slit open command with  tx slit open dammit .
