MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2019 Dec 16

Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 2-5 arcsec, Clear, Winds High
   End: Seeing 2-5 arcsec, Clear, Winds High

Observing Summary:

Very cold, around freezing, with high winds and very bad seeing
at times.  Did not fill Templeton in morning.
