MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2019 Jan 25 Observer(s): Ryan Chornock, Laura Herzog Institution(s): Ohio University Instrument: Templeton Worked for 9 hours (last half of the night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: We were using the 1.3m remotely from the 2.4m control room. We had some problems at the beginning and our focus on getting the 2.4m started delayed the resolution of the issues with the 1.3m. I had to go down to the 1.3 to power cycle the dec controller before we could get started. After the problems were cleared, it was a pretty good night and clear while we using this telescope. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2019 Jan 26 [7:43:35]
