   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Fog/Low Clouds, Winds Moderate
   End: Fog/Low Clouds, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Cleared from sunset tome to ~22:00,
then humidity limit  reached and covered by low clouds.
Dome closed at ~22:10.
