MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2021 Mar 24 Observer(s): Fesen Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: CCDS Worked for 4 hours (first half of the night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.5-2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: A bit bumpy my first night remote 1.3m observing with the CCDS. Thanks to Eric, was able to reset the telescope's coordinates and finally land onto my first target. Seeing was 1.5-2.0 arcsec at the start but got better towards midnight. Guider focus buttons do not work so guiding was not as good as it could be. Since I got onto my prime target a bit late, I will try again Thursday night if weather permits. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2021 Mar 24 [23:57:23]
