MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2022 Feb 21 Observer(s): John Thorstensen Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: Templeton + Buckeye FW Worked for 8 hours (most of the night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: High Humidity from 1 AM until 3 AM. Beg: Seeing 2+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 2+ arcsec, Fog/Low Clouds, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 2+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Observing Summary: The seeing was never especially good, but it was clear almost all night. Humidity rose gradually and then spiked as fast moving fog and low cloud appeared around 1 AM MST, forcing a shutdown of 2+ hours. It then dropped, and I opened around the time the summit did and worked the rest of the night. No problems - some wind shake from time to time. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2022 Feb 22 [6:22:16]
