Bad weather most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Very bad weather all night.

Observing Summary:

Fog, rain, and snow -- it may have cleared late but as 
expected the humidity never dropped. The all-sky camera is
not updating, so I couldn't check the appearance of the sky,
but it was (of course) moot anyway.
