Observing Summary:

The night was a total loss between dust and telescope problems. 

The night started off with an error showing:  Telescope Tilt Sensor Interlock Engaged. 
Eric was able to fix this problem after driving up the mountain however slewing problems
occurred right afterward. The telescope would not move in declination. The problem was
not able to be fixed during the evening hours. 

High amounts of dust in the air made it unlikely that any observations would be taken
during the night.
