Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 2.33 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.82 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

In the evening the weather was very cloudy. So, the dome was opened at ~21:04 pm.
