MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2025 Sep 15

Worked for 4 hours (first half of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 23:00 until 03:30.
   Beg: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Calm
   End: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Pretty much clear at start and for a while afterward, but then
cumulus rolled in and eventually covered almost the whole sky.  
Closed around midnight.  It cleared for a bit more than an hour
before dawn but I was preoccupied with the 2.4m, so did not
reopen.

The different OS on the NUC is quite a bit less lag-gy than the
other one, though it's not perfect. It's quite a bit easier to
work with.
