   High Humidity from 8pm until dawn.
   Beg: Seeing 1.25 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Overcast, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

this report overwrites 2000 dec 31 report which was mistakenly submitted as a 2001 dec 31 report (although the old 2000 report appears to have already been redeposited in /opt/local/apache/htdocs/Reports/MDM24/2000/Dec2000/Dec31.txt).
