MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Jan 22 Observer(s): Nestor Mirabal Institution(s): Columbia Instrument: Mark III Worked for 5.0 hours (off and on through the night) Bad weather most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds all night. Beg: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm, Humidity over 85% End: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm, Humidity over 85% Observing Summary: Night with scattered clouds over most of the sky. Hard to guide with objects coming on and off screen. Humidity increased over 82% at middle of night, it improved a bit later reopened but humidity went up again which forced us to close for the night.
