Seeing and Weather:
   Very bad weather all night.
   Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Calm
   End: Overcast, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Brief break in the clouds in the early evening.  Otherwise, 
it was overcast.  Some rain, and high humidity.   Had a small
problem with the DEC encoder, described in trouble report.
