MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Dec 29

Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity from 6 until 3.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Moderate, rain, humidity
   Mid: Clear, Winds Light & Variable, high humidity
   End: Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Humidity at 90% and above first half of night, only dropping below 
85% around 3am.
After correcting the pointing and focussing, problems occur during
first science exposure.
First telescope starts slipping in RA direction, then during reading out of exposure, communication with 2nd board of camera is lost. Gave up at 5am, see trouble report.
