MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Feb 13

Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing n0.8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 0.7 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 0.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

The thick clouds cleared off an hour or two after sunset 
providing nice, spectroscopic conditions.
