MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Feb 26 Observer(s): Glikman Gerardy Institution(s): Columbia Dartmouth Instrument: TIFKAM Worked for 4 hours (first half of the night) Conditions were Overcast most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 10:00 until morn. Beg: Seeing 0.7 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 0.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm, Thick cirrus End: Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Thick cirrus which was brightened by a full moon made observing near impossible.
