MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Jan 13

Worked for 13 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Some thin clouds, mostly early.  Seeing varied a lot, but
was generally ok.  Lost two hours due to CCDS computer crash.
This was not hard to fix once the correct procedures were
identified.  It would be good to place these procedures very
prominently in front of CCDS observers.  Getting the computers
to talk is not at all intuitive.
