MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Jan 17

Instrument: Echelle + 2 inch FW direct

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Observed parallax stars and a potpourri of ID projects etc.
High clouds were around all night, heavy at times, especially 
toward the end.  Seeing was fair, RH remained comfortably out
of danger. Probably lost the equivalent of a couple hours to 
cloud - the last hour was useless, closed a little early.
