MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Jul 03

Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing .8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing .8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Two targets:  WTTS in NGC 7000 and following a bulge
microlensing event.

It was possibly locally photometric after midnight.
OUTSTANDING seeing:  0.7-0.8 straight up, 1.0 - 1.2
in bulge at declination -30.

Dome went crazy about 3:00 a.m.  Half hour lost.  See
trouble report.
