MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Jun 12

Worked for 9 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Some thin high cloud at start, dissipated by dawn, and pretty 
clear all night.  Seeing variable.  Spectroscopy of 
cataclysmic variables.

At the very end of the night, late in AM twilight, the MIS 
find/guide mirror motion failed.  I tried re-initializing, 
and re-starting the program, and finally cycled the power on 
the MIS computer, but it still didn't work.  See trouble report.
Otherwise no problems.
