MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 May 20

Worked for 5 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing <~2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light &amp; Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm, T_out < T_mirror
   End: Seeing 3-4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

At midnight the head electronics suddenly wasn't responding.
It took me several hours to get it back up. Details in
trouble-report.
By then the air-temperature had dropped below the mirror
temperature and for the rest of the night the seeing was
pretty bad (3-4 arcsecs). Ugh!
