MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Nov 23

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 0.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Observed a variety of GRB, X-ray sources, and CVs.
Separate trouble report submitted about tracking failure.
At the very end of the night, the problem recurred when
pointing east.  It seems consistently a problem in the east,
as I observed very far west with no problem.
