MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Oct 28

Instrument: Modspec + Echelle

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Very fine night, humidity was worrisome for a time but receded.

The singing telescope is back, and it's slipping much more 
frequently than it did the other night.  Luckily I was doing
spectroscopy which was relatively forgiving, if I'd been doing
direct it would have been more of a problem.  See the trouble 
report.
