MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Oct 31

Instrument: modspec + echelle

Worked for 7 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 6 PM until 3 AM.
   Beg: Seeing 1-2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Lots of high cloud.  Worked through them 'til midnight, then
gave up, but it cleared around 3, and worked til about 4:45
when it was time to go to the airport.
