MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2003 Feb 18

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Marginal conditions for first half
of the night, with many cirrus clouds:
observed only very bright targets. Clouds
cleared up after 1AM, and fainter targets
were then observed. Obtained spectra of 29
more high proper motion stars.
