MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2003 Feb 19

Worked for 10 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 1AM until 6AM.
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Clear for the first half of night. Scattered clouds
and cirrus on the second half. Observed fainter
targets on the first half, then increasingly brighter
targets as conditions degraded. Obtained spectra
for a total of 30 high proper motion stars.
