MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2003 Jan 16 Observer(s): S. Lepine Institution(s): Columbia/AMNH Instrument: MkIII spectrograph Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 0.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 0.7 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm End: Seeing 0.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Lots of thin cirrus clouds, especially at the start of the night, but conditions were adequate for observation of bright targets. The seeing was noticeably better than last night, reaching 0.6 at times.
