MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2003 Jan 18

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 0.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 0.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 0.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Excellent conditions troughout most of the night except
for a few cirrus clouds that showed up in the last couple
hours. Continued specroscopic survey of high proper motion
stars, doing mostly moderately faint targets. Obtained
spectra for 53 stars.
Problem with the dome at the very end of night: dome AZ was
off by 180 degrees (see trouble report).
