MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2003 Mar 28

Worked for 8 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Winds from 3 am until morn.
   Beg: Seeing 2.3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 4 arcsec, Clear, Winds High, winds 20 - 33 mph
   End: Seeing 4.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds High, gusts to 40+

Observing Summary:

Observing program: Halpha spectroscopy of nearby, late-type 
galaxies.

Closed down about 3:30am due to high winds (gusts to 40 mph) 
and bad seeing -- at times > 4.5 .
